By accessing or using Daarvian's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Daarvian provides enterprise cybersecurity services including email security, identity defense, endpoint protection, SaaS posture management, cloud threat detection, and managed detection and response.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Violate the rights of others
5. Payment Terms
Fees are due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services remain the property of Daarvian. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daarvian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
